You can exchange or return an item purchased online within 14 days for EU countries and 7 days for the UAE from the date of receipt of the item.
In the case of exchanging a product of proper quality, the return shipping cost is covered by the Buyer in one direction.
A refund is issued after deducting the shipping and return costs.
